1. Welcome to idibu!
First of all, congratulations are in order! You're now a part of our idibu family, and we're excited to have you onboard.
The process begins with a quick 10-15 minute kick-off call. During this call, we walk you through the onboarding process and answer any questions you may have. It's also an opportunity for us to understand your time expectations and what you hope to achieve.
2. Set up phase
Once the kick-off call is complete, we'll begin the set-up process. You'll be introduced to your Customer Service Agent (CSA), who will take you through the full onboarding process and beyond.
While we handle the technical side of things, we'll ask you about the features you plan to use and the structure you'd like the account to take and create a training plan from there.
Your admins and team members will be taken on full run-throughs of everything they need to know, and as new features are added, new training is provided too.
This is part of the process takes about between 2-3 weeks.
3. Let's go live!
You're now up and running with idibu, it really is as easy as that!
We'll help you get used to the system and iron out any issues. Your CSA will still be available full-time to help you with anything you need until you're ready to take the helm entirely.
Once you're comfortable with the system, we'll introduce you to your Account Manager, who'll provide ongoing support for any future queries or troubleshooting.
Moving from another provider?
If you're switching to idibu from another provider, don't worry! You won't lose any existing projects by making the move. Live projects on other platforms will continue to appear until they are complete.
Looking to integrate your website?
We've made it as simple as possible and can integrate with your website in 30 days or less.
