AiRecruiter, the all-in-one conversational growth tool for agency recruiters, has partnered with idibu, integrating into its candidate attraction and job distribution software.
idibu’s software supports integration with a variety of recruitment CRMs, allowing job posting across thousands of boards and social media platforms, facilitating candidate attraction and management. Reducing admin time on manual tasks, idibu reduces time to hire while facilitating better communication between candidate and recruiter.
In this latest partnership, the AiRecruiter-idibu integration will assist clients in assessing large volumes of applications by triggering a screening conversation at the point of an application. This allows the client to deploy a screening conversation that can be tailored to their needs and then assess the suitability of the candidate quickly, and at scale.
It allows the results to be passed back to the client’s dashboard in AiRecruiter, while also changing the status in idibu to reflect the screening results. The candidate's application can then be directed to the applicable destination by idibu.
idibu Managing Director, Martin Bramall added,
“We are delighted to be working with AiRecruiter, integrating with the idibu platform and helping us drive even more value for clients looking to optimise their candidate attraction.
“It’s a competitive marketplace, and the ability to make informed decisions, at pace, is a compelling proposition for clients, allowing consultants to spend more time on business-critical tasks, rather than admin.”
AiRecruiter Head of Sales, Craig Howard said
“At AiRecruiter we are very excited to be working alongside one of the most well-established suppliers to the recruitment sector. Together we have enhanced our combined offering, allowing our mutual clients a huge advantage in what is a highly competitive recruitment landscape. We allow our clients to deal with high volumes of candidates at speed, with accuracy. without bias and at scale”.
